Youth Athletic Training

GUTS™ is intensely focused on training young athletes. In turn, we offer organized, intelligent, age-appropriate sports conditioning programs, with a primary focus on 6th to 9th grade athletes. We believe that this age group reaps the most reward from general physical conditioning and motor skill development. This is a critical stage for aspiring athletes because high school athletics is either upon them or will be soon.

Our goal is to improve fundamental athletic skills, coordination, flexibility, strength and self-esteem for young, aspiring athletes. And we prepare our young athletes to get the most out of their bodies by increasing strength, endurance, and flexibility. That leads to not only increased productivity, but decreased injury. Right from the beginning, we begin teaching the fundamental principles of Ground Up Training:

Prehab: Exercises that help you avert injury
Movement Prep: A dynamic way to warm up
Strength: Age-appropriate resistance training
