GUTS Speed Training is run by well-known instructor, Coach Brad Cochran.
As a young athlete himself, Brad excelled at track and football in high school, and while he went on to become a two time All-American defensive back at the University of Michigan, he always had a passion for running. He now teaches speed training to young athletes that want to improve the way they run to maximize speed.
