Our GUTS™ fitness instructors are experienced professionals dedicated to improving the health and wellness of each client. We offer a variety of classes, including yoga, Zumba and boxing – all taught in a comfortable, climate-controlled area. These are proven fitness programs that are compatible with the GUTS™ health, wellness and training philosophy. They’re embraced by both athletes and non-athletes as a means to feel better, improve body shape and prevent injury. Additionally, all of these disciplines have the ability to relax the body and mind, which is a great way to reduce the daily stress in our lives.
